Kid's Puzzle
thingiverse
I created this puzzle for my grandson to celebrate his second birthday in style. To give it a vibrant look, I carefully manipulated the printer settings at the right moment, switching between various colors by using the Dremel's G5 command to pause the print. The tires and pin were printed separately, allowing me to attach them securely with a press fit that allows for smooth rotation. I've also shared a generic ABC board without text, making it easy for you to customize or print as is. This way, you can create your own unique design or add personalized messages. Using Fusion 360, I designed this puzzle and then printed it on my Dremel 3D45 printer using high-quality HatchBox PLA material. To get the best results, I combined two popular slicers - Dremel's version of Cura and Simplify 3D.
