Kichler ceiling fan remote holder

I required a remote control holder for my Kichler Ceiling fan remote. Unfortunately, the fan didn't come with one and according to the instructions you shouldn't have the fan wired to a wall switch. So I removed the existing switch, made a blank space for the switch plate to receive the screws, then crafted a holder to cover the switch hole in the plate. Hopefully, this solution will assist someone else who's facing a similar issue.
