Kia keyfob insert
thingiverse
I can't buy the silicone insert for this fob, so I have to purchase the new original fob at thousands of banknotes, or buy a knockoff for hundreds and then run the risk of destroying the decoder/transmitter when I drill, dig & pry it out of the old one. So I thought I'd print it in TPU and seat it in a trough of silicone in the fob's correct place, to keep most water out when it rains. The top layer (bottom when you print) uses double flow to help make it more water-resistant (hopefully). My car is a 2011 Kia Cerato/Forte, but I think there were a number of the Kia/Hyundai vehicles in that era that used this particular fob.
