I Redesigned My Kia Key Fob from Scratch, Giving It a Fresh New Look and Leaving Out the Panic Button for Good. The key fob's cracked exterior was more than just an eyesore - it was also a sign that it was time to give the device a complete makeover. So I took matters into my own hands, carefully disassembling the old key fob to get down to its inner workings and then set about designing a brand new one. As I worked on the redesign, I made sure to prioritize functionality over form - after all, what's the point of having a fancy new key fob if it doesn't do its job? I also decided to leave out the panic button cutout altogether, tired as I was of accidentally pressing it when I meant to just press a button. The redesigned key fob turned out beautifully, with sleek lines and a sturdy build that's sure to withstand even the toughest conditions. And while it may require a few strategic dabs of glue to keep everything in place - especially if the clips don't print perfectly - the end result is well worth the extra effort.
