Khroom® Mask Adapter

This is an adapter to connect two narcosis filters to a snorkeling mask form Khroom. A local hospital doctor asked me for help designing an adapter that would allow using a snorkeling mask as a protective mask by attaching air filters from a narcosis device to the mask in case the masks at the hospital ran out. The result is visible and downloadable here. The fit of the parts is very good, and we are quite confident it will work well if necessary. If needed, we would definitely reprint it using a water and air-tight printing technique (most likely SLS). What you see in the photos is only a prototype to check the proper dimension of the fittings. **We do not guarantee anything if you want to use this adapter. It should only be used if no other option is available. Use this at your own risk! If you want to use it, make sure to choose a printing technique that allows water and air-tight prints (i.e., SLS, SLA or DLP).
