Khem Ra Khu Monk C with supports, printable
thingiverse
I used OpenSCAD to craft custom supports for this model. The support material comes off easily after printing, thanks to its clever design. Printing on my modded Solidoodle 2 yields excellent results. Here are the print settings I used: Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer Model: Solidoodle 2 - Pro I opted out of using rafts and supports for this print. Notes: I've experimented with different layer heights, finding that 0.1mm produces a better finish than 0.05mm. In terms of speed, I found that printing at 30mm/s results in slightly better prints than 45mm/s, although the difference is minor. For this particular print job, I used black Hatchbox PLA filament at a temperature range of 185-190 degrees Celsius.
