Keystone Rackmount
thingiverse
I remixed this from an awesome full rack mount version found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3474478. My needs were a bit different, as mine are being used in wireless mic cases that need to be easily networked for changes. I didn't want to put a full space rail in place, and printing one was too big for it to be stable inside the case. So, I loaded it into TinkerCad, sliced it down, and moved things around to make it more stable since it would only be mounted on one side of the rack. Instead of punch-down keystone jacks, I used coupler versions because our racks tend to change often, and this isn't technically permanent, so I went for a jumper configuration. There are three flavors to choose from: a super simple 2x, a 4x, and a double space 8x. Instead of printing it at 100% infill, I used Prusa Control to reinforce the rack side all the way up to the wall of the slope with an infill of 70%, and the rest is set to 20%. My print times were: 2 hours for the 2x, 2h 45m for the 4x, and 5h 30m for the 8x.
