Keystone cap/cover

Keystone cap/cover

thingiverse

This is a keystone cap I designed because I couldn't find any in Thingiverse. No raft was needed. Support is available, but I specifically avoided generating support on certain parts (please see attached images). Created using Fusion 360, Cura 4.2.1, and my Creality Ender 3 printer (0.4mm nozzle / 0.2mm layer height), the cap was printed with black affordable PLA filament on a glass bed coated with Dimafix. The "clip" is intentionally designed to be long for easier installation and removal. I took my measurements directly from existing keystones in my possession. I'm hopeful that this design will work well for everyone. As it happens, it works perfectly for me. .gcode files used for printing on my Ender 3 are provided.
