Combined two Thingiverse models for personal use and others might find it useful. It enables mounting Roomba filters to Keystand or similar alternatives, noting that the connection hole isn't circular. Printed with PLA, filters fit securely but there's still a slight chance of air leakage, so I recommend sealing filter/adapter corners with a glue gun.
