Keyslot (Kupper) Pegboard to Standard Pegboard Adapter
prusaprinters
I've been working on tool organization and needed a screwdriver holder. I really liked the model JohnnyDawg made available ( https://www.printables.com/model/198774-kupper-pegboard-21x-screwdriver-holder), but the pegboard pattern used for this tool holder was keyhole pegboard versus the standard pegboard pattern on my workbench.I made an adapter from a remix of a pegboard mounting plate on GizmoTheKings profile ( https://www.printables.com/model/590417-pegboard-mounting-plate) to attach it to my workbench using Fusion 360.For the remix, I opted for T-Slots as opposed to keyholes for ease of use and printing. For reference, since it took a bit to get the proper specs, the dimensions of the slots are as follows:The slot face is 4.8mm wide. The slot itself is 9mm wide x 3.5mm deep. The thickness of the slot face is 1.1mm.The slot height is 25mm from the top to bottom of the slot.Since my workbench has a bevel on the legs that is narrower than the width of the tool holder, I had to extrude the adapter out an addition 15mm. With the adapter in place, the toolholder fits and works great (see pics). The total number of pegboard holes in any given row on my workbench is 9 so I extended the plate and added 4 additional hooks (for a total of 9).I used a Qidi X-Max3 with Qidi PLA Rapido filament. I used OrcaSlicer's standard settings and enabled tree support for the pegboard hooks themselved. Printed in 1 hour and 10 minutes.
