KeySlink Case
thingiverse
Another innovation to the KeySlink series. I designed a holder with a fresh twist, so I created a case to complement it. To my knowledge, this design hasn't been seen on the site yet, making it potentially unique for now. The purpose of this holder is straightforward - it keeps your keys safe and organized. Its simplicity has proven to be quite convenient in practice. To print the Latch component successfully, flexible material will be necessary. For the hinge, use PLA or solid filament. When feeding the filament through the hole, leave about 2mm on either side of the hinge and heat the end of a flat screwdriver with a hot tool. Press down the heated ends to secure them in place. The latch has two circles - one larger than the other. The bigger circle needs to be pressed into the cover permanently. This will stay in place. The smaller circle is designed for opening and closing the case. The design holds well, and I've received orders already :). Enjoy using it! P.S. My keys are loose within the case, but a small piece of material like thin paracord or twine can be used to keep them together when pulling them out. You can choose any material you prefer for this purpose.
