I redesigned the starting part of this using makibox850's Thingiverse model at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:492427, which was originally based on a model by tzoynie at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:168867, and I included the Solidworks 2014 source so it can be modified. To create this item: Print with 50-100 percent infill density. Set top and bottom shell thicknesses to 5 units each. Specify a vertical shell thickness of 5 units. Adjust layer height to 0.2 millimeters. Enable support due to fillets causing overhangs.
