The Project I had to find a way to attach my broken key ring holder on one of my two Nissan key fobs. My keyring with two fobs was getting too big and cluttered, so I wanted a smartkey type holder that would solve the problem. Combining these ideas led me to create this project. This thing is huge. It's bigger than what fits comfortably in a pocket. Made of heavy filament, it could be used as a bludgeon if needed. However, it works well for its purpose. Depending on your needs, this might be perfect for you. I started by modeling the Nissan key fob itself, then creating a flattened egg shape and carving out what I needed to fit my keys in. To Make It You need to print three things: the center section (Nissan Dual Key Holder - Center 2) and two of the fob covers (Nissan Dual Key Holder - Fob Cover). Assemble these parts together. There are also a fob model and a stand-alone fob cover I designed, which prints best out of flexible material. The Materials To hold everything together, you'll need some flexible key rings.
