This is a keymod flashlight mount designed for use with the tactical 588 lumen flashlight available at Harbor Freight. I had to add supports extensively, but it still turned out well. I set the minimum overhang angle quite high so that not too much printing was inside the flashlight ring; just enough to support it as it converges at the top. https://www.harborfreight.com/588-lumen-tactical-flashlight-63934.html I designed this around a nut that is 8mm across the flats, and the screw that threads into it.
