The keyless entry button for a Jeep Grand Cherokee was created by printing it using PLA on its outermost layers (2 layers). Following this, the filament was changed to flex PLA for the rest of the button insert. The printing process took place with a Replicator 2, featuring 40% infill, 2 shells and a layer height of .15 mm.
