This is a custom keyless entry button designed specifically for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I manufactured it using PLA on the outermost layers (two layers) before switching to flex PLA for the rest of the button insert. The printing process was carried out on a Replicator 2 with carefully selected parameters, including 40% infill density, two shells for added strength, and an extremely fine layer height of just .15 mm.
