Keyhole and handle cover with pushfit connectors (no screws required)
thingiverse
I picked up several keyhole covers and door handle covers after buying new doors for our house a few years ago. I printed these out without giving them much thought until one broke three years later. Not bad, considering that the mechanisms aren't very durable and tend to break easily, but they don't get a lot of rough handling when mounted on a door. I wrote the OpenSCAD code three years ago, so it's likely outdated. But the design works fine.
