<p>Hey :)</p><p>i designed a little key holder for internal room doors. So the key doesn't fall out of the lock.</p><p>It also reduces the noise coming from the other side of the door.</p><p>I printed it in TPU 95A.</p><p>My keyholes have this size:<br>widht: 8.5mm<br>high: 15.5mm</p><p>I added a Keyholeholder with a little hole to see if there is light or not on the opposite of the door. And i added a Keyholecloser to close the Keyhole on the opposite of the door. With and without hole.</p><p>________________________</p><p> </p><p>TPU or TPE is not easy to print for beginners. Use the right settings in your slicer or use the preconfigured 3mf file ;)</p><p>Also very important is:</p><p>Release the pressure from the retraction of the filament (bondtech gears)<br>Increase the nozzle temp if you encounter issues (235C is just perfect)<br>No retractions!<br>Print with slow speed! 20-40mm/s<br>If you have problems with the filament sensor, deactivate it.<br> </p>
