I tweaked the design a bit to achieve a smoother transition from the top of the head to the loop. The previous version is still stored in the rsdoc file. I'm reworking a key fob / zipper pull / luggage tag that I originally posted on Thingiverse about a year ago. This new version boasts a sturdier, thicker loop designed to withstand heavy use and a base that now matches the face's outline for a sleeker appearance. I printed it in Cura using 0.2mm first layers, 0.1 mm subsequent layers, 30% infill, and a 0.8mm shell thickness with a 0.35mm nozzle. To get an ultra-glossy finish, simply expose the key fob to acetone vapors for a brief moment. Place a glass jar filled with about 5mm of acetone on your printer's bed, set it to 100C, and loosely screw on the lid. Wait until the sides of the jar warm up, then hang the key fob from a piece of wire inside without touching the sides or the acetone pool at the bottom. Give it no more than 5 seconds, pull it back out, and reclose the jar. Let the acetone evaporate and the surface reharden for a couple minutes before handling the key fob. If needed, repeat this process for an even smoother finish.
