Keyfob fix for Chev Venture van
thingiverse
This is my fix for a 2005 Chevy Venture keyfob that will likely fit numerous other models. These keyfobs are notorious for being vulnerable at the spot where the key ring hole is located. This repair has worked exceptionally well for me and appears very strong when printed in TPU. It was produced with an Ender 3 printer. Initially, it was a bit too large, so I adjusted its dimensions in Cura by scaling it to 97% on both the x and y axes and 102% on the z axis. This enables it to be stretched tightly over the keyfob without slipping off. Material: TPU Printer settings: Layer height: .15mm Wall thickness: 1.2mm Wall line count: 3 Top and bottom thickness: .6mm Temperature: bed at 70*, Nozzle at 230* for the first layer and 223* for the rest Printed with supports lying down on its back Print speed: 15 mm/s, first two layers printed at 7.5
