This mounting bracket upgrade is designed specifically for a Keyence Static Bar, with its model number clearly visible in the accompanying picture. Although it may also be compatible with other models, I'm not entirely certain about that. With an urgent need for replacements, I swiftly sent the design off to my 3D printer. The bracket fits snugly onto the ends of the static bar, securing it firmly in place. Constructed from PLA, these upgraded brackets have proven remarkably durable and resilient over several months now. When printing this design, you can expect the resulting part to match the model exactly as shown. Minimal support material is required, primarily under two small pins and a primary engagement mechanism known as the "clip".
