Keyed Screwless Heart Gear Keychain Pendant

Introducing an improved keychain loop that can be used as a pendant, car rear-view mirror ornament, and more. The original design faced issues with durability, so it was reprinted at 50% fill for increased strength. However, this caused a problem with the plastic heart deforming due to large diameter pins. To resolve this, skinnier pins were designed, and the stl file "keypins6" was replaced with "keypins12". Further updates addressed pin size variability issues by creating different versions of the pins and key. The best versions are now "PlateNoKey4b.stl" and "keypins12.stl". For printing, use Makerbot Replicator settings (99% fill for the key, 40% fill for everything else) with a 0.2mm layer height in ABS.
