Here is a 3d model of a padlock with a key! Everything is printable in 3d. For the springs, you have to print them either in PETG or with a stronger filament like Polymax to avoid losing its spring effect. The springs are to be glued. To close the padlock you can use the printable screws but for more security you can add strong glue.
