Vertical Dock Charging Dock Nightstand for Keychron K2 A cut out slot accommodates the cable. Unfortunately, this slot's height isn't sufficient for a direct plug-in. A 90-degree type-c adapter or 90-degree type-c cable is necessary to achieve a proper fit. You can secure the adapter/cable in place by applying hot glue while it's attached to the keyboard. Once the glue dries, you can safely remove your keyboard.
