I designed a protective case for my Keychron K2 travel keyboard, ensuring its safety in a briefcase or luggage. To prevent damage during transport, I created a removable cover that can be easily inserted and withdrawn. The sliding case was printed with the face down, but an overhang printing issue caused some imperfections. To minimize this problem, I slowed down the layer printing process using PrusaSlicer software. While not perfect, the result is smoother than having filament residue from removed supports. A few stray strands can be easily pulled off for a more refined finish.
