Hello! This is a compact, two-way Archimedes trammel that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand. Measuring 36-36-8 mm in size, it's a perfect addition to any keychain collection. The model was created using high-quality PLA material. Recommended Print Settings: * A precise layer height of 0.1 mm is essential for achieving a smooth finish. * Two sturdy walls provide the necessary structural integrity and durability. * A moderate print speed of around 40-50 mm/s ensures a balanced flow of molten plastic. * Supports are only required for overhangs in the base section, keeping the design streamlined. * A recommended infill density of approximately 10% is ideal for achieving optimal strength without unnecessary bulk. * Before printing, rotate the sliders so that the holes face upwards, ensuring easy assembly. * A raft was used to facilitate a secure bond between the model and the build plate, eliminating the need for a heated bed. Assembly: * To ensure smooth movement of the sliders, slight sanding or lubrication may be necessary. * When joining the pins to the sliders, use super glue carefully, avoiding accidental attachment of the handle. * Attach your preferred keychain linkage to complete this versatile and functional trammel.
