IntroductionHave you ever found yourself in a situation where you were out and about and suddenly needed to clamp two tiny things together? Well this is an end to your woes! Now you can have a c-clamp permanently attached to your keys which can be whipped out and used in a moments notice!Jokes aside, this might not be the most functional tool and certainly shouldn't be used to clamp lumbar together but is a fun addition to any makers keychain and does actually work as a tiny c-clamp.Parts List1 x M3 bolt 30mm Length1x M3 Threaded Insert up to 6mm lengthSuper glue or thread lock (optional)3D Printed PartsPrint SettingsYou wont need any supports for this one. Print with at least 4 walls and around 50% infill. Use more walls and infill if you want the clamp to be more robust - there is no harm in printing it solid.ConstructionUsing a soldering iron you will need to heat set the threaded insert into the 4mm hole at the top of the clamp. Pressing it against a flat surface will ensure it is flat and level. The handle and cap both have M3 threads inside them but there will still be a lot of resistance while installing the bolt into these. This is by design as they need to be a good tight fit. You can use a drop of glue or thread lock to hold them in place if you wish and I used an M3 tap to clean out the threads on the printed parts before installation.See the image below for details on how it all goes together.
