Keyboard sustain pedal with jack for 1/4 instrument cable
thingiverse
Introducing my innovative take on a sustain pedal for electronic keyboards, inspired by Google Images results. My design focuses on creating an instrument jack connector that works efficiently. Although not yet complete, as it needs refinement to fit perfectly within the casing and securely without screws, this prototype tests its functionality. The updated case version offers improved rigidity and reduced movement of the pedal mechanism. View demonstration videos at provided links, and follow instructions for printing and assembly using support material for the case. A spring from Ace Hardware and an electric guitar string serve as key components. The 123D Design file is also included to encourage further innovation with printable parts.
