Keyboard of many shortcuts

A simple "mini-keyboard" as well as a rotary encoder that mimics the rotary wheel on modern mice. Currently, up to 16 different "layouts" can be loaded. The layouts can then be used via the 4 12 mm Tactile Switches (you can change this to your needs / liking but if you do you will have to design your own enclosure.) The arduino sketch, sketchup 19 & fritzing files are included so it should be easy to get it up and running **TODO** Add potentiometers so some settings can be pre-programmed, such as a percentage tint in Photoshop or a hex setting for a colour **TODO** add 4 more switches to increase the "layouts" to 256 and handle the increase via a SN74HC165 8-Bit Parallel-Load Shift Register
