Keyboard for the first-generation Akai MPK mini MIDI controller. These are not spare parts but a completely redesigned keyboard. The main goal was to eliminate the issue of hinges cracking. After printing the parts, some of them need to be glued: overlays for the black keys and individual limiters for the white and black keys. Assembling the key hinge is the next step, which involves a metal axis with a diameter of 1.8 mm. To obtain this component, you can use a bicycle spoke, which should be carefully cut without bending it, as that would make it difficult to thread through the holes in the strip and keys. All of these steps should be performed with exceptional accuracy and patience to ensure a flawless end result that satisfies even the most demanding users.
