Watch here: https://youtu.be/5HKrSMN4r2M. The last day of #3DPrintmas is finally here, and we're ending it with a massive bang - a full-sized Keyblade Prop from the game Kingdom Hearts. This is Riku's Keyblade when he transforms into Riku Ansem, also known as the Keyblade of People's Hearts. I created the model in Fusion 360 by carefully tracing a sketch and revolving the blade part. Next, I extruded the spiky bits at the top and the handle guards, adding pins to hold the different pieces together for seamless assembly. To make it easier, I labeled the inside of each piece so everyone knows where things go. Then my wife took over, gluing all the pieces together with precision using repair putty to fill in the seams. She sanded down the entire thing until it was smooth, applying a few coats of filler primer before spraying on some hammered metal and black spray paint for the handle guards.
