Keyblade Assembly

Keyblade Assembly

I've got everything needed for an accurate 4-foot-long Kingdom Keyblade. First, I need to scale down the original assembly by 72% so it prints out fully at this larger size. It's essential not to shrink down the chain since this might cause issues attaching it securely. In some cases, though, the chain will likely have to be expanded instead so that it fits around the base of the keyblade without coming undone. After reducing all measurements by a third, holes on average turn out to be just a quarter-inch across when done. Assemble all components using wooden dowels roughly a quarter inch in diameter – most people can easily pick one up from their nearby hardware store or art supply closet.
