The traditional key ring does little justice to pocket-friendly design. Your keys sit perpendicularly to the ring's plane, resulting in an unflattenable shape that stubbornly refuses to conform to your leg's gentle curves. The edge of a key perpetually protrudes into your flesh.\n\nKey holders are being reimagined with innovative form factors, one thin variant designed to securely stash 3-4 keys is under development. Swivel wheels effortlessly latch onto respective keys as they rotate, while countermovement gently recaptures the key within its compartment. Users might need to fine-tune the model to harmonize it with their specific keys' shapes.\n\nThe blueprint called for two standard house keys nestled on one side and a bulky car key on the opposite side; however, current iterations show some keys interlocking, resulting in undesirable catching mechanisms. This prototype was crafted using an up! printer's capabilities.\n\nPrinter settings: \nLayer Count: 4 hollowed, \u00b040 orientation,\nSupport count: 4, \u00b040 degree slant, four support lines @3mm\u207B\u1D69\;\nThe model functions well with standard house keys but is still a work in progress when accommodating large car keys.
