I've saved the project as a C4D file, so feel free to tweak it to your liking. The print settings are up to you - I usually stick with my defaults. As for the scale issue in Cinema 4D, I'm still trying to wrap my head around why it's not cooperating. You may need to manually adjust the scale to 1000 units to get everything looking right.
