Key head cap replacement for narrow "IKON" brand door keys

This key head cap comes handy when you have keys from Zeiss IKON (ZI IKON) with an extremely narrow key head which makes the original (in our case light blue) plastic cap break after a short time due to the high forces. Without the plastic cap you can barely use the keys anymore. That's why I created this simple but working replacement. Just print the two halves, insert the key into one half and glue the other onto it. I recommend Cyanoacrylate-based instant glue. Please make sure that the key ring holes of the caps and the key are alligned properly. You can choose whether you want to glue the key onto one cap or if you just want to use the key ring hole to keep it attached to the cap.
