You can print LeftTop and RightTop simultaneously on the same 235x235 beds. For optimal results when printing LeftTop and RightTop, I recommend using a layer height of 0.16mm. Infill density doesn't significantly impact the final product. To prepare the base for supporting the key holder components, you must enable supports specifically for these parts. A layer height of 0.2mm is more than sufficient; in fact, you can even use a slightly higher setting if desired. I successfully printed this design on my Ender 3 Pro without any issues. The base was created with eSun wood filament, while the top components were made from regular PLA filament. To assemble all parts seamlessly, it's recommended to use glue.
