I required an extra key for my Volvo EC15 XTV mini excavator. The key isn't one that can be easily duplicated by a local locksmith. I printed the key slightly thicker than the original to ensure it would fit my machine properly. I've included the OpenSCad files in case your key has unique dimensions and needs to be modified accordingly. My 3D print was done with PLA material, featuring 100% infill density, using my Prusa MK2 printer's circular build platform.
