A drive died 2 years after I installed it in an iStarUSA trayless hot-swap cage and of course, I could not find the keys. So I designed and printed a replacement key after literally weeks of frustration. Naturally, the original keys were found an hour after I successfully used the 3rd prototype. For this is the way of lost tools. Perhaps for you, you can get away with just printing the key?
