Key Fob Fix
thingiverse
Repair your broken car remote key ring loop by fixing the damaged part with super glue gel or epoxy. Simply cut off the broken section, file the end flat and rough up the back to create two 90-degree faces where you can attach a new replacement ring. I used a printed PLA+ key fob with 100% infill, which worked perfectly. Next, smooth out the edges by filing or sanding them down, then bevel the edge that's on the back of the key fob to create a seamless blend. To preserve functionality, attach the new replacement ring only to the back half of the fob, allowing you to still access it for battery replacements.
