Ceiling fan pull string knob replacements or keychain fobs/zipper tab attachments are available in different designs such as Star Wars, sports themes and 3D printing. These can be customized based on personal preferences. The creator lives in Florida and has a ceiling fan in almost every room of his house. His brother broke his pull string knobs, so he requested for replacements with various symbols including Rebel Alliance Insignia, Empire Insignia, favorite football team and baseball team logo. To cater to others' requirements, the creator also made MakerBot and RepRap designs and uploaded them online. The downloadable package includes an OpenSCAD file, various .stl files generated by it and a zip file containing the OpenSCAD file and all necessary logo files as dependencies. It is easy to use; simply unzip the contents into a folder and access the Openscad file for instructions. The user can print their desired pull knobs, change filament when needed for better results, glue the two halves together and add a ball chain to complete the look.
