These are some custom ignition key floats I designed specifically for my boat engines. They're inspired by green and red coast guard navigation buoys, with an internal structure that allows them to print without support while still being hollow enough to provide ample flotation for a standard-sized ignition key and the tiny clip that holds it in place. You can download the printable file for the clip from this link: https://cults3d.com/en/fashion/zortrax-carabiner To assemble these floats, I simply looped the key on a hair tie, then used some monofilament to thread a small loop through the center hole of each buoy. It's a clever and effective solution that works like a charm, and it looks pretty cool too - almost as cool as having your very own boat keys floating safely in the water!
