Keurig 2.0 Hinge Fix
thingiverse
My trusty Keurig 2.0 had a major problem with its hinges - specifically, the weak supports that held the mouthpiece in place were about to give out. The metal sliding bar that was supposed to guide the lid started to wear through the plastic bridge designed by Keurig, causing it to jam repeatedly. I had to manually yank the bar over the broken bridge until I realized this needed a quick fix. This design flaw features a clever notch that prevents the hinge from slipping shut when the machine is in use. The problem is, this notch can also get in the way of easy repairs. To fix it, print out these replacement parts and glue them into place with the notch facing forward - towards the front of your Keurig 2.0.
