My kids' old trike lost its handles and desperately needed replacement, but the shaft diameter is far from standard, making it difficult to find an easy substitute. I decided to print a custom handle myself using NinjaFlex flexible filament. It works incredibly well! This design is specifically tailored for 16.4mm shafts, but you can easily resize them within your printer's settings. To achieve a thick wall, I printed with three layers of 0.35mm thickness (totaling 1.05mm) and only 10% infill. The result was a very soft and spongy handle that is perfect for its intended purpose.
