After purchasing a Keter Multi-purpose cart for moving items in the garden, I discovered that the wheels were too flimsy and needed improvement. The new ones are generic wheels available at any hardware store, offering much greater sturdiness and double ball bearings. Since I decided not to print these wheels due to their hard red rubber exterior, which couldn't be replicated, you can print all parts at once or individually as listed below. To begin, gather the necessary items: * Two wheels with a diameter of 12 cm or 5 inches, similar to those used. * An M10 threaded rod measuring 35 cm or 14 inches long. * Four M10 washers. * Two M10 nuts. * Two M10 self-locking nuts (which may be included with the purchased wheels). Next, follow these steps: * Remove the original wheels by pulling them out. * Use a 10mm drill bit to create holes on both sides as shown in the photos. * Insert the tubes into the holes, aligning them with the notch inside each hole. * Insert the M10 threaded rod, placing the cover in the middle. * Install the nuts on either side of the cart. * Add the washers. * Place the wheels with spacers on both sides to conceal the ball bearings. * Finally, secure the self-locking nuts. With these modifications, you will have a sturdy and visually appealing cart that will serve you well for years.
