After buying a Keter Multi-purpose cart, I realized that the flimsy wheels needed improvement. The new ones are generic, widely available in hardware stores, with double ball bearings and more stability. The design can be printed all at once or one part at a time, as listed here. To upgrade your cart, you'll need: * Two 12cm (5 inch) diameter wheels similar to the original. * A 35cm (14 inch) long M10 threaded rod. * Four M10 washers. * Two M10 nuts. * Two M10 self-locking nuts. To install the new wheels, follow these steps: * Remove the original wheels by pulling them out. * Drill two holes on both sides using a 10mm drill bit. * Insert the tubes into the holes, aligning with the notch inside. * Place the M10 threaded rod through the middle hole and attach the cover. * Install the nuts on the sides and add washers. * Put the wheels in place, covering the ball bearings with spacers. * Finally, secure everything with self-locking nuts. With these upgrades, you'll have a sturdy and attractive cart that will last for years.
