Kerfmaker for up to 7/8" dado.
thingiverse
This is based on ccrumpacker's Kerfmaker, but I've remodeled it to accommodate a full kerf from a 7/8" dado stack. I made several adjustments to the tolerances of the sliding components and improved the knurling and accessibility of the two knobs. The maximum allowable stock is right around 3". Simple half-lap setup: https://stusshed.com/tag/km-1/ Video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQ6_S6lZKLI Remodeling was done from scratch in solidworks, and I've included the assembly/part files as well as the .STL files for printing. ***Model units are in inches*** Make sure your .stl units are set correctly or the imported parts will be very small. Print quantities: 2 - knob.STL 1 - top.STL 1 - middle.STL 1 - bottom.STL Additional hardware required (note I used McMaster for ease of modeling, but you can find this metric hardware at a local hardware store). Yes, the hardware is metric, but the print is standard. It's the world we live in: 2 - M5 bolts, 20mm long https://www.mcmaster.com/#91310a124/=1afvdvs 2 - M5 nuts https://www.mcmaster.com/#98676a300/=1afvg2x
