Kerfing Plane
thingiverse
This kerfing plane uses the blade and hardware from Bad Axe Tool Works. The fence posts are standard 8mm linear guide rod as used by many 3d printers. I cut one over-length rod in two with a cutoff disk in a rotary tool and then let the sharp square end cut its way into the zero clearance holes in the body. It also requires a single M5 bolt for the fence clamp. The plane is usable as is, but I left a rectangular socket on top in order to experiment with different tote (handle) designs.
