Remix of a previous model. To Measure Kerf with Your Laser Cutter: Set your laser cutter to use the same settings as those intended for cutting the material in question. Then, collect all tiny rectangles and place them back into their designated slot. Next, position the cover with two holes over the pieces to prevent scattering when measuring size. Secure parts using M3 bolts and washers. Record speed and power settings used on the rear of the device along with calculated kerf. Having various materials at hand allows for easy reference. Calculating Kerf: 1. Measure the tab, which should be approximately 110mm, and record it as 'A'. 2. Measure the combined width of rectangles in both slots provided and record it as 'B'. 3. Calculate kerf by dividing (A-B) by 10.
