Kenwood PTT Button for TK-3230
thingiverse
We have these radios at my workplace, and people somehow keep managing to pull the "push to talk" buttons off. Since genuine ones cost at least $5 each plus shipping, I figured a quick 3D print would be more budget-friendly and distinctive. Print in any color(s) you prefer! This button will fit the Kenwood TK-3230 two-way radio. It may fit other radios as well, but I'll leave that up to you to determine. PLA or ABS filament doesn't matter. After printing, it might require some minor filing (depending on your printer settings). You want the inner piece to be loose and not stick to the outer piece. When you're satisfied with the fitting, glue the outer piece to the radio itself. The design does not keep water out, so take note of that. You don't have to disassemble the radio. I'm struggling to master exporting models no matter what I try. This was exported in Metric, so multiply the scale by 25.4 and it should work.
