I took the dimensions of jrddupont's Kensington Slimblade Stand and completely rebuilt it in Fusion 360. This model is raised and has about a 4 degree tilt to the back and right. I'm including the Fusion 360 file so that it can be easily customized (there are parameters that can quickly be changed to alter the angle and height.
